W3Global is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Partner to join a growing law firm’s dynamic insurance practice. The role focuses on senior-level work in complex, high-value insurance coverage matters, both contentious and non-contentious.

The candidate will handle cases through all phases of litigation, provide strategic advice, and nurture client relationships while collaborating with internal teams on challenging matters. Travel may be required as cases demand.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 7+ years PQE in insurance coverage or insurance litigation.
• Strong advocacy and case management skills.
• Experience managing matters through all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle third-party liability insurance coverage matters (contentious and non-contentious).
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Provide strategic legal advice on insurance coverage issues and client relationships.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex litigation matters.
• Travel as required based on case needs.

Qualifications
