- Law Review and Honors required.
- Active Florida Bar in good standing.
- 2–5 years of substantive litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage.
- Experience analyzing complex insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
- Provide clear, actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
- Review and analyze document collections for litigation.
- Engage with domestic and international insurers.
- Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives.
