Aufgaben

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases in state and federal courts.
• Analyzing policies and coverage provisions to determine coverage and liability.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients on insurance coverage matters and case status.
• Preparing pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Representing clients in coverage disputes and defending cases in civil litigation and arbitration.
• Attending court hearings and oral arguments, remotely or in-person.
