Qualifications

• Three years of civil litigation experience in state or federal court.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of insurance coverage analysis and civil litigation in state and federal court.
• Regularly interface with clients and other counsel.
• Participate in mediations.
• Provide strategic legal advice to insurance company clients.
• Attend court hearings and oral arguments both remotely and in-person.
