Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Fort Lauderdale (remote) seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our expanding team. This role targets a 1800 billable target with the opportunity to earn a bonus based on performance.

You will analyze and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes, draft strategic opinions, and develop proactive litigation and coverage strategies. You will also build strong insurer relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance coverage analysis or related litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation: Evaluate and litigate complex Third-Party Coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy: Analyze case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: Build insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
