Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance coverage and/or litigation experience.
• Experience in professional liability and D&O coverage preferred.
• Admission to practice in Illinois is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Interpret insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Litigate insurance coverage matters including depositions and trials.
