Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active Illinois bar admission.
• Minimum 3 years of direct insurance coverage or defense litigation experience.
• Strong writing, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with limited supervision.
• Eligible for hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Drafting coverage opinions and dispositive motions.
• Conducting and defending depositions (party and expert).
• Preparing for and assisting in trial.
• Managing client relationships and case strategy.
