The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload representing national and international clients across complex coverage areas with significant responsibility from the start.

Hybrid work schedule offered; MA Bar admission required and strong litigation experience in state and federal courts. 2–8 years of insurance coverage experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the Bar in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Candidates will have litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
• 2-8 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years representing clients in insurance coverage matters.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Join the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group to support national and international clients across complex coverage areas.
• Manage a diverse, challenging caseload with significant responsibilities from the start.
