This opportunity lets an attorney build deep expertise in insurance coverage and appellate litigation while working directly with the firm's Managing Partner, gaining mentorship and exposure to complex coverage opinions, declaratory actions, and bad faith disputes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of legal experience, preferably in insurance coverage or complex litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytic skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze sophisticated insurance coverage issues.
• Draft opinions, briefs, motions, and other written work.
• Assist with declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
• Manage client reporting, billing, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with clients.
