The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of insurance coverage and litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and a background in commercial general liability. The position offers high profile matters and direct client contact.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of substantial insurance coverage and litigation experience.
• Background in commercial general liability is preferred.
• Strong writing and analytical skills, including experience drafting coverage analyses.

Responsibilities

• Advise insurance clients on complex coverage questions involving contractual indemnity, competing provisions, and disputes over whether claims involve one or multiple occurrences
• Handle all stages of insurance coverage litigation, including commercial general liability coverage disputes and bad faith matters
• Draft detailed coverage analyses and letters communicating insurers' coverage positions across a range of liability policies
• Independently manage an active caseload in consultation with insurance coverage attorneys nationwide
