Distinct | North America is seeking a California-barred Insurance Coverage Attorney for a fully remote role across the United States. Candidates must hold an active California license and have 1–5+ years of relevant experience.

You will provide coverage opinions and policy interpretation, handle first- and third-party property and casualty matters, and manage professional liability, environmental and mass tort coverage disputes up to trial.

Insurance Coverage Attorney | Remote | California Bar | $100,000 to $250,000

I'm working with national firms whose insurance coverage practices are hiring California-barred attorneys at roughly one to five years and above. Fully remote from anywhere in the US is possible with an active California licence.

The work

• Coverage opinions and advice to insurers on policy interpretation
• First and third-party property and casualty coverage
• Professional liability, environmental and mass tort coverage disputes
• Bad faith and declaratory relief litigation through to trial

Pay

$100,000 to $250,000 depending on the firm and your experience, with medical, dental, vision and 401(k) at every firm.
