Responsibilities

• Oversee litigated and non-litigated insurance claims.
• Monitor third-party administrator claims for compliance with guidelines.
• Review and audit legal defense invoices and billing.
• Assist with subpoena responses and document production.
• Maintain litigation calendars and matter management systems.
• Support AIB administration and compliance activities.
