Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and provide legal opinions on privacy, data security, cybersecurity, and GLBA compliance.
• Negotiate, review, and draft contracts in the insurer/insured space.
• Advise on insurance coverage, bad faith exposure, tort liability, and insurer-insured relationships.
• Monitor legislation and case law impacting property & casualty insurers across six states.
• Provide ERISA-related guidance on benefit plans.
