A global insurance leader is seeking a Compliance Quality Control Specialist to conduct compliance reviews and mitigate risks. This fully remote role requires a High School Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience. The employee will enjoy a hybrid working environment, competitive salary, and extensive benefits including 22 weeks of paid leave and tuition reimbursement.

The Opportunity: In this role, you will assist in the delivery of a compliance quality control function by performing compliance reviews and identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Location: Work Remotely in Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, Kansas or Minnesota
Work Arrangement: This role can be fully remote
The starting pay: The salary range for this role is between $25.50/hour and $38.25/hour, depending on experience

Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate’s professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE’s annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
