Automobile Club Of Missouri Inc is seeking a Sales Agent to drive insurance and membership sales, conduct needs analyses, and support club growth. The role focuses on offering member services and guiding selections through informed analysis.

You will prospect, quote rates, inspect vehicles, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure underwriting guidelines are followed. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of insurance sales or service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license in selling state.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and memberships; develop a sales strategy to hit targets.
• Conduct needs analyses, quote rates, inspect vehicles/properties, and complete underwriting paperwork.
• Provide service in person, by phone, email; process changes; maintain documentation.
• Conduct policy reviews; identify cross-sell opportunities; support other departments.
• Collect payments and maintain security of club monies.
• Attend training and meetings to develop product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned; adhere to schedule.
• Maintain knowledge of membership services and underwriting provisions.
