Job summary

McGriff, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support the service and production teams in achieving agency revenue and retention goals. You’ll process new and renewal business, update client information in the management system, and address client questions and issues with professionalism.

You’ll join a team that values client focus, strong communication, and timely, accurate processing of endorsements, policies, audits, and other daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and project skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters.
• Prioritize work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activities.
• Respond quickly to client requests and work to provide appropriate information.
• Accept accountability for the quality of work.
• Insurance license is a plus.
• Five years of industry specific experience is a plus.
• LOB designations are a plus.
• College or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new and renewal business and assist in preparation of proposals.
• Update and maintain information in the client management system.
• Address and resolve client questions and issues; escalate complex cases.
• Assemble proposals and other presentations; assist in preparation of new and renewal proposals.
• Maintain daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, and ID cards.

A day in the life.

As our Client Service Specialist on the McGriff team, you'll support the service and production team in reaching overall agency revenue and retention goals by processing new and renewal business, updating and maintaining information in the client management system, addressing and resolving client questions and issues, escalating issues of increased complexity, assembling proposals and other presentations, assist in preparation of new and renewal proposals, maintain daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, and ID cards.
