A day in the life

As a Customer Care Representative on the Private Client Services Customer Care Team, you’ll support a large book of business for our entry-level affluent clientele. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to gain skills for professional growth :

  1. Review client exposures, risk tolerance, loss experience, and current coverages, recommending appropriate products and services.
  2. Provide client service by responding to questions and issues via Zoom, phone, or email.
  3. Answer incoming client calls during designated hours.
  4. Address client inquiries courteously and helpfully.
  5. Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member.
  6. Create and present renewal comparisons and conduct annual reviews upon client request.
  7. Leverage Private Client Services Specialty Practices, including surplus lines placements.
  8. Ensure client retention through exceptional service.
  9. Expand client programs where needed.
  10. Negotiate with insurance carriers for coverage options, complying with all regulations.
  11. Quote coverages for existing clients.
  12. Communicate risk solutions and binding instructions to carriers.
  13. Maintain accurate binders, policies, and relevant documents.
  14. Use the Agency Management System accurately and timely.
  15. Meet all regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  16. Escalate service concerns to appropriate departments.

The salary range for this role is $71,200 - 113,600, determined by experience, skills, location, and other factors. It may include performance incentives. We offer a comprehensive rewards package including health benefits, tuition assistance, 401K, and wellbeing programs.
