Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in an insurance agency or similar customer service role.
• SC Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficient with agency management systems and carrier portals.
• Strong verbal and written communication for client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine service inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing questions.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding coverage or claims.
• Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain organized client interaction records.
• Identify gaps in coverage and suggest additions to ensure protection.
