Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, business support, or insurance is preferred.
• Must have or obtain state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
