Job summary

Peoples Insurance Agency, LLC, a subsidiary of Peoples Bank, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support client accounts in Jackson, OH. You will assist with renewals, policy checks, and document preparation within the agency management system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servicing assigned accounts including changes to policies, renewals, and billing issues.
• Assist with new account setup and maintenance of client files in the Agency Management System.
• Prepare certificates of insurance and assist in retention of clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support the renewal process.
• Collaborate with producers to gather underwriting information and quote markets.
