Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors in Charlotte, NC seeks an Analyst within the Global Client Group to learn insurance distribution, engage in consultative sales, and gain knowledge of insurance products.

You will develop client relationships, conduct outbound calls, support regional directors, produce routine reports, and collaborate with marketing on fund content for institutional clients. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
• 1–2 years in financial services; internships count.
• Licenses SIE/Series 7/63/66 required within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of investment solutions and client base.
• Make proactive outbound sales calls to strengthen relationships.
• Build relationships with partner firms’ wholesalers and provide client service.
• Learn and use Dimensional’s analytics, reporting, and CRM tools.
• Support Regional Directors in daily relationship management and sales.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for institutional clients.
