What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician or Behavior Technician at Dragonfly ABA, you will:

  • Work 1:1 with children to implement behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
  • Use data collection tools and technology to track client progress.
  • Build rapport and strong relationships with clients and families.
  • Maintain accurate, timely session notes and insurance-compliant documentation.
  • Participate in supervision and training to refine your clinical skills and meet professional development goals.

What You Bring to the Team

  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (required).
  • RBT certification or willingness to become certified within 90 days (we provide guidance and support).
  • Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a desire to make a difference.
  • Reliable transportation to visit clients across our service areas.
