We are expanding and seeking a high-energy individual to support our sales and marketing team in recruiting insurance brokers and marketing our products and services. Training on office duties and certification trainings are available for a well-rounded knowledge of our field.

We promote from within and offer a non-remote, office-based role with hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, in a comfortable, business casual environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for recruiting and marketing
• Follow up and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Promote marketing campaigns and seminars/webinars
• Build relationships with customers
• Document all interactions

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay composed
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office
• Insurance or financial industry knowledge is a plus but not required
• Experience in telesales, sales, or marketing is favorable but not required
• Positive attitude and persistence
