Insurance Biller - Medicare - Digitech - Remote

Digitech is seeking an experienced Insurance Biller with Medicare experience to work claims after they have been submitted to Medicare. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong follow-through and the ability to multitask.

Position Details:

  • 100% remote opportunity

Responsibilities

The Medicare Billing Representative will:

  • Work claims pending at Medicare, denied claims, or claims on hold
  • Identify causes for claims on hold and resolve issues
  • Review denials for accuracy and follow up accordingly
  • Provide additional documentation or appeals as needed
  • Handle correspondence and refunds as required
Requirements
  • Strong computer skills; familiar with MS Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Ability to manage high volume workloads under tight deadlines
  • Experience in monitored call environments and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
