Rallyday Partners is seeking an Insurance Benefits Specialist to verify insurance benefits and explain coverage details. You will assist patients with benefits-related inquiries and ensure compliance with guidelines to support clean claim processing.

The role involves obtaining detailed patient information, coordinating with health care providers, and assisting Patient Care Coordinators across complex accounts.

• Preference will be given to candidates with medical insurance and authorization knowledge.

• Assist other departments as needed, including Billing and Front Office.

• Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED as well as a basic understanding of health insurance benefits.
• Preference will be given to candidates with medical insurance and authorization knowledge.

Compensation Package:

• Starting at $20/hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience, skills, and role alignment
