Job summary

illumifin is recruiting for an Audit Support Specialist to coordinate and support client, regulatory, market conduct, vendor, and internal audits within a TPA environment. You will act as a central point of contact for audit activities, ensuring timely delivery of requests and documentation.

You will partner with auditors, clients, and internal teams to track findings, support remediation, manage user access requests, and assist with month-end billing validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in audit, compliance, insurance operations, quality assurance, or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client, regulatory, market conduct, vendor, and internal audits within an insurance TPA environment.
• Gather, organize, and validate documentation for audit requests; maintain logs and calendars.
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, walkthroughs, and auditor access; monitor deadlines and provide status updates.
• Track audit findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans; support remediation efforts and audit readiness.
