RSM US LLP is seeking an Assurance Senior to join our Insurance team. You will execute core audit functions, mentor staff, and support client service delivery while maintaining high quality standards. A Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA status or progress toward licensure, and 2–3 years of assurance experience are required, with strong US GAAP knowledge and auditing tool proficiency. Travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Required CPA license or progress toward licensure.
• 2–3 years of recent assurance experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and auditing software tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills; ability to exercise professional judgment.
