Richard Young Agency Country Financial in Winder, GA is seeking a confident, experienced sales professional to promote and sell our insurance products. You will develop quotes, present solutions, and close sales while building trusted relationships with clients.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales background, are motivated, and can open doors from a cold start. Licenses are required (Property & Casualty); Life/Health license is a bonus. Training provided.

Qualifications

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required (must have current or acquire before starting).
• A Life and Health license is a bonus.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
• Successful sales background.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Get involved with the business community and develop additional referral sources
