NFP, an Aon company, is hiring an Associate Account Manager (AAM) to develop foundational skills in client service, policy administration, and relationship management. This full-time role supports Account Managers and Executives across Shared Services with a hybrid schedule in offices including Albany, NY and Danbury, CT.

You'll build knowledge of renewal processes, client materials, and service workflows, and participate in meetings to understand account management.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• 1-3 years of client service experience within insurance or related field preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred or able to obtain within 60 days.

Responsabilités

• Supports Account Managers and Account Executives in day-to-day client service activities.
• Assists in preparation and coordination of client materials and workflows.
• Reviews work for accuracy and client readiness before delivery.
• Maintains client documentation per internal standards.
• Participates in client and internal meetings to understand account management.
• Develops foundational knowledge of relationships with clients and carriers.
• Completes training aligned to progression into an Account Manager role.
