Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and strong academic background.
• Experience in asset management or related field is a plus.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Investment Management Certificate required, or obtained within 3 months of joining.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of strategic plans for prospects and clients, outlining a service plan and cross selling opportunities
• Ensure clients’ needs are met by fulfilling bespoke and recurring requests as well as working with senior Client Relationship Managers on a wide array of processes and tasks
• Partner with team members to coordinate prospect pitches, product presentations, and requests for proposal
• Identify and elevate any sensitive client issues to senior team members; coordinate a timely response to the client
• Coordinate with key stakeholders across Asset Management, including Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, Legal, Technology, Operations and Compliance with a common goal of meeting clients’ needs
