Job summary

Goldman Sachs in New York seeks an experienced Operations professional to join Global Banking & Markets in Asset Servicing. You will lead a group of regional teams, coordinating with global colleagues to manage corporate actions, income events and settlement workflows with precision under tight deadlines.

The role requires strong communication, risk awareness and the ability to drive process improvements while partnering with stakeholders across desks.

• Identify and deliver functional enhancements in processes and/or core tools and technologies that will improve divisional leverage.
• Demonstrate ability to identify and leverage solutions used by other teams, and foster a culture of innovation in which the more junior population is encouraged to seek creative solutions.
• Effective client relationship management and clear communication of risk and control perspectives to stakeholders.
