You will direct staff, drive performance, and collaborate with Revenue Cycle, physician practices, and payers to safeguard financial performance, address payer trends, and ensure adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma with eight years revenue cycle leadership, or an Associate's Degree with four years.
• Minimum five years in patient accounting, third-party reimbursement, or a related field.
• Minimum three years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Credentials: None required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee staff operations for insurance AR; direct supervision, onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Drive AR optimization across Epic HB and PB; monitor performance and report trends.
• Oversee vendor and payer performance; escalate non-compliant payer behavior with regulators as needed.
• Ensure regulatory adherence and maintain Epic ARCR certifications; manage access to portals.
• Address patient complaints per protocols and support continuous AR process improvements.
