Brenda's State Farm Agency in Moss Point, MS is seeking a team member for insurance and financial services. You will develop client relationships, present retirement, investment and insurance options, and assist with policy changes and renewals. This role offers advancement opportunities and a path to licensure if needed.

Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, with base pay and performance-based commissions. State Farm agents hire their own staff, independent of State Farm.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in insurance and financial services.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licenses in Property, Casualty, Life & Health, or willing to obtain.
• 2+ years' experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
• Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
• Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
• Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
• Obtain new Customers, providing auto, home, renters', life, and disability Insurance.
• Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
