Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable, comprehensive insurance and financial solutions. You will work autonomously within an exclusive territory, supported by a dedicated service representative and cutting-edge tools.

This independent contractor role offers performance-based compensation, incentives, and training to help you build and grow a successful agency. No external office is required for 2 years.

Qualifications

• Licenses required or pursuable for selling insurance and financial services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
