Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to help educators with affordable insurance solutions and financial security. Lead in a defined territory with dedicated support and cutting-edge technology to grow your independent agency.

You will build relationships, present products to individuals and groups, and participate in networking events to expand your market reach and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• Licensed or able to obtain Life and Health Insurance and P&C licenses.
• Willing to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 where applicable.
• Ability to identify affordable insurance solutions and financial security for educators.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency


• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)


• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:


• Life and Health Insurance License


• Property and Casualty Insurance License


• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
