Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators achieve affordable insurance and financial security. You will operate with a dedicated service representative, no required office, and incentives based on first 48 months of activity and performance.

You will build relationships, present products to individuals and groups, and actively network to grow your agency in an exclusive Texas territory.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Life and Health Insurance License is required or in scope.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is required or in scope.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency with minimal formal office space.
• Present products to groups and individuals to drive adoption and sales.
• Attend networking, community and industry events to grow your territory.

What We're Looking For:
