Job summary

Horace Mann - Agent Opportunities is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to build and lead a personal agency. This 1099 role offers an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, earning incentives, and quarterly bonuses to reward performance.

You will manage client relationships, leverage Horace Mann’s multiline product portfolio, and grow your network through local and industry events, with no external office required for 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in insurance/financial services
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life & Health; Property & Casualty
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
