Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking an insurance sales professional to join our Newton branch. You will engage members in person, by phone, and online to quote, bind, and continuously service insurance products.

You will develop leads, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with QA and Underwriting to minimize errors while delivering high‑quality service. Candidates should have 2+ years in sales or customer service, with insurance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience required.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Outbound or cold‑calling experience strongly preferred.
• Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 60 days (training and exam fees covered).
• Life License within 1 year preferred.

• Provide Five Diamond service to AAA Insurance clients.
• Build professional relationships with clients and professionals.
