Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
• Independent contractor with self-motivation and self-management.

Responsibilities

• Present Horace Mann products to educators and organizations.
• Build and manage your agency through networking and relationship development.
• Identify solutions that meet educators' insurance and financial security needs.
