Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer in California, Stockton to drive earnings through an uncapped commissions structure while helping educators protect their families and secure their financial futures. You will meet potential clients at events and in-person, building relationships and presenting solutions to complex financial needs with a focus on educators.

The role offers extensive training, incentive programs, and a field-based, in-person work setting with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Must hold or be able to obtain Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to work in-person and build relationships with educators.
