COUNTRY Financial® is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals to become insurance agents. These agents will have the autonomy to build rewarding, financially stable careers while enriching lives in their communities. They will educate clients about various insurance products and collaborate with financial advisors to inform clients of available services.

Ideal candidates are motivated, strong communicators, and goal-driven. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with experience in insurance or financial services. No buy-in is required, and continuous learning is encouraged.

Required Licenses

• Property/Casualty State Insurance License*
• Life/Health State Insurance License*

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
