Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in partnership with Branch Insurance to offer and write personal auto and home insurance, while representing Horace Mann for life, retirement, and educator-focused insurance solutions.

You will build your business with a dedicated service rep, cutting-edge tech, and a niche market designed to maximize opportunities. No external office is required, with incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Property & Casualty, Life & Health.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency within an exclusive territory.
• Present Branch and Horace Mann solutions to individuals and groups.
• Establish within 2 years as a Registered Representative.

What We're Looking For
