Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to join a field-based team serving educators in California. You will present tailored financial protection solutions, build relationships, and grow your book of business through events and community engagement.

The role offers uncapped commissions, structured incentives, and a 36‑month incentive program, with in-person, field and office work settings. Licensing in Life & Health and Property & Casualty is required or obtainable.
