Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to empower educators with affordable coverage and financial security. This 1099 role offers an exclusive territory, cutting-edge technology, and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio.

You will receive performance-based incentives, a 48-month incentive package, dedicated service support, and tools to build your own agency without a permanent office for 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life & Health; Property & Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:
