Confie, including its family of companies, is seeking an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in Visalia, CA to grow nonstandard auto insurance sales and cross-sell homeowners and health products. You will work with a high-volume inbound flow, receive comprehensive training, and earn uncapped commissions with strong upside potential.

The role offers a competitive pay range ($50,000–$110,000/year) with a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, plus benefits and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Licenses: Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred, with company support to obtain.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service with a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

What You Will Do:

As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility will be selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will also have opportunities to grow your earnings by offering additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance. This role gives you the chance to build lasting relationships, expand your expertise, and be rewarded for your success.

The Perfect Match:

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
• A High School Diploma or GED
