Confie and its family of companies, including Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC, is seeking an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in Fontana, CA. This full-time role offers base pay plus unlimited commissions with high-volume inbound leads and no cold calling.

Comprehensive paid training and licensing support are provided. The position includes a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, a strong incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and life

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred; company will support obtaining one.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

What You Will Do:

As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility will be selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will also have opportunities to grow your earnings by offering additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance. This role gives you the chance to build lasting relationships, expand your expertise, and be rewarded for your success.
