Confie is hiring an Insurance Agent in Mesquite, TX for a full-time role selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. The position offers an hourly pay range from $12 to $18, with a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, plus a strong training program and inbound leads.

You will solicit new business, build relationships with customers, handle deposits and documentation, and educate clients on suitable products.

Qualifications

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales production goals.
• Build relationships with customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and deposits with documentation in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products best fitting their needs.

What You Will Do:

As an Insurance Agent you will be responsible primarily for the sale of nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

The Perfect Match:

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
