What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide customers through pet insurance products and services, answering questions and resolving concerns
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by converting leads into customers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to reinforce value and secure commitment
- Assist clients in the claims process, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales, call center, or relevant experience
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
- Ability to maintain understanding of federal and state regulations for compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
