Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial security within a defined territory. You’ll own a client base, network, and build lasting relationships while leveraging our multiline product portfolio and cutting-edge technology.

This role offers a competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation plan with a 48-month incentive package, plus quarterly production rewards and dedicated support to help you grow your business.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident state licenses: Life and Health Insurance; Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency

• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
