Work Details

• Part Time or Full Time - Work from anywhere
• Compensation (Uncapped):
• Part Time: $50,000+
• Full Time: $125,000+
• Agency Builder: $150,000+
• You can sell life insurance, build and own an agency (optional), or both!
• Our main focus is to help families get protected financially with life insurance or wealth products. We use a value-based, warm lead system, and you are not required to buy Symmetry leads. You will sell only to people who have requested life insurance options.
• No cold calling necessary.
• You can help family and friends set up their life insurance.
• We are a "non-captive" agency contracted with 30+ top-rated insurance carriers, allowing us to find the best prices and coverages for clients.
• We primarily write simplified-issue / instant-decision products (no paramedical exam required).

Building (Optional)

• Opportunity to build and own your own agency, with no cost involved.
• Build passive income by helping others become successful life insurance agents.
• You will have true ownership of your agency, which can be passed down.

Day in the Life

Thorough training and guidance are provided at every step:

1. Purchase exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry's lead program or source clients through warm market or other sources.
2. Contact leads to gather information and schedule follow-up meetings.
3. Find suitable products from our carriers that meet client needs.
4. Assist clients in applying for their desired policies during the second meeting.
5. Optional: Help others become successful agents.

Requirements

• This is a 1099 / commission-based position.
• Must be a US citizen / at least 18 years old.
• Licensed or unlicensed applicants are welcome; guidance and discounts are provided for licensing.
